Quick and clean. I never had Pho before and I enjoyed it.

Absolutely the best Pho in Boise. Servers are attentive but not intrusive, and I love the minimal decor. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

I don't want you to know how good this place is.

My husband enjoys Vietnamese food. This was the first time I had pho soup. If you like soups, especially chicken soup, with rice noodles you will want to try this. This particular restaurant has good food, is clean and neat and has pleasant and knowledgeable wait staff.

Decent food, reasonably priced. They were out of several menu items though.

The spring rolls, jasmine tea and beer were good. Pho Itself was good but the meat was lackluster as it looked like it came from those ground meat logs and we didn’t know what they were as they were a bit lacking in flavor. The broth was good but not altogether something I really enjoyed. You get your money’s worth but. Also the service was amazing and super friendly.

Great food, everyone that helped us who were also cooking we're great. The "waitress" was in a hurry to leave and rushed us really bad which made it uncomfortable. We were in a half hour before closing, most restaurants seat until they close. Bummer about the service.

Excellent food, service, and ambiance! I had the Chicken Pho and my husband had the Fine Vermicelli. Both were fantastic. Dallis was our server and she was perfect! She took our order after I asked her a million questions, checked up on us, and brought us extras. This is definitely one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Boise. Love this place and will definitely be back!

Great vegan pho soup!

The place to go when you need hot soup and filled up!

Adequate sustenance for an adequate price.

My wife loves this place I'm not a big fan of this kind of food but she loves it and I love it it's really actually delicious I just have never been a fan of noodlesbut my God there's soup is amazing in the atmosphere here in the customer service in the servers make it a place to go if you just want to have a nice dinner to talk with your spouse friends whoever this place hands down a wonderful place to meet up

We love coming here. Best pho in Boise. Their other dishes are great too. We've brought different friends and family here and everyone has loved it. They have dishes for vegans and those who eat meat.

Very clean and quiet. Good Vietnamese food. Good service. A relaxed atmosphere allowing quiet conversation.

Warm quiet location with delicious food, beer and wine, that is self seating. They serve "pho-jito" (non alcoholic drink) and other coffee drinks. The pho bowls come in 4 sizes (kids through large), priced from $7 to $15. Sam was a friendly and knowledgeable host/server.

Very nice space. Ate the vegetarian vermicelli bowl and it was super tasty.

The pho was delicious! It was a bit on the bland side, so condiments were a must. Their sandwich is yummy and tastes a bit like a taco. Server was polite and the location was trendy and clean.

I don’t normally enjoy noodle houses, but my neighbor loves this place so I decided to join them for lunch. I went with something they usually picked and I was pleasantly surprised but the quantity of soup and the great taste. I’d definitely go back for more.

AMAZING! The Pho here has great flavor! This is one of a few places in Town that gives you the option to add tendon to the dish, and the tendon was great! Another thing I appreciated was the herb selection - Thai basil as well as cilantro was included with the soup.The spring rolls looked like they were getting ready for bikini season. They were hardly stuffed but I'll admit they still had a good flavor. The service was amazingly speedy specially with how busy they were. Would definitely recommend this place to my peeps!

Me and my family LOOVE it here! We drive from Ogden,Ut just to eat here! They always have amazing service and such DELICIOUS food! It’s very much worth the 4 hour drive!

Really great staff and atmosphere. However, they are working out a few kinks as of May. I ordered all vegetarian food and received meat in all of my items. But it was great food.

Just awesome! The pho is crazy good almost everything great on the menu was gluten free and the atmosphere was relaxed and modern, can’t wait to go back.

Getting someone who has had Pho all over the country, I can honestly say this is fantastic pho!!! Great broth, and excellent meat. The quantity is also great. Good service as well. Interesting egg rolls.

My favorite Pho place in Boise and their egg rolls are some of the best I've had.

The service is always really awesome, the pho is flavorful, and the jasmine tea is always so good. The vermicelli is really awesome, and the tofu is super crunchy and light tasting. The seating is nice, sometimes a bit lacking on busy nights because everyone wants a booth. Highly recommend.

Really great service, beautiful atmosphere, great food. We will be back again. And ask for chicken pho if that’s what you’re looking for, it’s not on the menu but they make it in house and it’s amazing!!

The place is very clean and the atmosphere is nice and peaceful. Again it is clean. I have had pho at least 40 times this year and this was the best so far. The Chai Gao was amazing and is hard to find like this. The great man and wife who owned Vietnamese Restaurant in Boise that unfortunately burned down had the best Chai Gao and this place comes so close except for the lettuce to wrap it in and quantity. I will say that Pho Le is now my favorite restaurant and it is affordable and you can actually select the size of Pho you want which is a great thing. 5th visit was amazing pho still.

Pho stock has a great flavor, and the beef is well cooked and tender. Lots of scallions sprinkled on top, and the usual basil and sprouts are offered up. Nice-sized bowl for $11 (same size is $13 elsewhere). Service is attentive but not intrusive. Thai music plays in the back ground, a bit too loud for my taste but it does help aural privacy I guess.

Very clean and modern looking place, phos are good here, but like the one across the street better.

The Best PHO in the Treasure Valley!

They have really good pho. I ordered spicy vegetarian pho. Good ambience and person who served us was really sweet too. There chilli sauce was very good.

The cashier lady Pamela was so nice and friendly. My phone died their and she let me use her charger . Good atmosphere

The worst pho in boise. I got a large and a medium. Meat was the same size and weight the same. Noodles were barely any different. The spring rolls are a rip off. Only comes with two. Not very flavorful either.

I’d have to say this is the best pho I’ve been able to find in Boise. Since moving to Idaho I’ve tried all the “best places” in the Boise area that come up on google, and I must say this place has pho that actually tastes authentic. The broth isn’t too salty and there’s no added sweetness like I’ve found at some other places trying to cater to the local audience. If you’re an out of stater that’s accustomed to authentic asian food this place will scratch your itch, probably the only place I’ll go to for pho from now on. Great service too and a cute modern vibe!

You guysssssI don’t know why it took me so long to stop by here as I’ve been passing by this place for quite some time. Probably because I was always at Pho Nuevo.... we’ve found our new favorite. So good and prices were great! We probably ordered one of everything on the menu and my best advise would be to order what sounds good to you, the only thing I would highly recommend are the egg rolls. Service was also fantastic, stop by!

I was blown away by the pho broth here. I've tried making it in the past and it's DIFFICULT. It's so easy to get wrong and they knocked it OUT OF THE PARK. It's flavor is just simply perfect. It's the right mix of savory and salty. All the extra to put in it were served fresh and of a great quality. The meat was perfectly cooked on the side, under-medium-rare, as it should be.🤤

Banh mi was delicious. Meat very tender and price wasn't bad at all. Asked for no jalapeños and they fulfilled my request.
